XBOX One X Overheating Repair
If your XBOX One X is starting to sound like a hairdryer, then you won't be alone.
XBOX One X consoles get extremely hot inside over a long period of time, they accumulate dust and the hardware inside doesn't get a chance to breathe properly.
Other symptoms may include the console switching off after a few seconds or minutes, and you may even get an on-screen message informing you of overheating.
The first thing you need to do to diagnose this issue, is get the console open and completely clean the heatsink and fan unit.
In 90% of cases, this will solve your problem, and away you go. It's easy to do.
It will take about 20-30 minutes of your time, and you'll need a couple of screwdrivers and a vacuum or good brush.
